Every time I see one of their gowns it makes my heart sing! The amazing embroidery, beautiful fabrics and gorgeous silhouettes are just to die for. I think they have a massive impact on the bridal industry, leading the way with wedding dress trends.  Of course, I come from a textile background so my appreciation is founded on having spent hours trying to embroider the tiniest piece of fabric! It is a fine art, and requires a magic touch only a few posess.

There's nothing more romantic that soft embroidered lace for your wedding day.

I am lucky to have found a few vintage numbers like this along the way. The one I currently have in stock is an Edwardian cotton lace pieced gown. Amazingly it's a good size 10-12 which is extremely rare for an edwardian gown (corsets created waists of 20 inches and under!) and is in fantastic condition, with just a few repairs on the shoulders, and under the arms.

I can't really imagine how long it would have taken to hand embroider and create this piece, but I love to imagine that an excited bride spent hours on it for her trousseau, daydreaming about her love as she sewed.
